    The Company:
    Harken Inc is a leading global manufacturer and distributor of quality sailboat hardware and accessories, operating across 48 countries worldwide to supply products including blocks, travellers, furling systems and winches.

    The UK operation is based in Lymington and is a distributor of yacht and industrial equipment.  The friendly, busy team at Harken UK are looking for a competent organiser who will be able to manage the office & facilities functions, plus assist the two directors.

    The Role:

    • Office Administration including booking meetings & staff leave, ordering of office supplies
    • Industrial Sales Administration - recording of customer data, ensuring sales leads are followed up
    • Maintenance of building facilities; working to a budget, maintaining good levels of service
    • Provision of PA support for two directors - includes organisation of directors diaries, expenses and travel logistics

    The Candidate:

    • Demonstrate significant organisational skills and time management
    • Ability to multi-task
    • A practical & flexible approach
    • Good PC skills essential (including Excel)
    • Experienced in CRM is desirable
    • Ability to communicate clearly
    • Clean Driving licence
